The Medical Counseling Committee (MCC) has recently released the timetable for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Post Graduate (NEET PG) counseling for the year 2023. Aspiring candidates looking to participate in the counseling process can access the timetable and apply through the official website, mcc.nic.in.
The preliminary timetable covers 50% All India Quota (AIQ) of NEET PG for DNB courses in MD/MS/Diploma/MDS for the academic year 2023, as well as 100% seats in Deemed/Central Universities and Armed Forces Medical Services (AFMS). Here are the essential dates for Round 1 of counseling:
1. Verification of seat matrix by institutes: 27th and 28th July
2. NEET PG Counseling Registration: July 27 to August 1 (12 noon)
3. Last date for fee payment: August 1 (8 PM)
4. Choice Filling: July 28 to August 2 (11.55 PM)
5. Choice Locking: August 2 (3 PM – 11.55 PM)
6. Seat allotment process: 3rd and 4th August
7. Seat allotment result: August 5
8. Uploading of documents by selected candidates: August 6
9. Reporting/Joining at the allotted institute: 7th August to 13th September
10. Verification of appeared candidates by institutes: 14 to 16 September
The schedule for Round 2 is as follows:

2. NEET PG Counseling Registration: August 17 to August 21 (12 noon)
3. Last date for fee payment: August 21 (8 PM)
4. Choice Filling: August 18 to August 22 (11.55 PM)
5. Choice Locking: August 22 (3 PM – 11.55 PM)
6. Seat allotment process: August 23 and 24
7. Seat allotment result: August 25
8. Uploading of documents by selected candidates: 26 August
9. Reporting/Joining at the allotted institute: 27th August to 4th September
10. Verification of appeared candidates by institutes: 5th and 6th September
