In a recent press release, Jio said about the launch that they are excited to launch Jio True 5G services in Gangtok, Sikkim. The company hopes to make the service available in the rest of the state soon. Incidentally, they claim that Jio’s new network has reached every state of the country through this launch.

Meanwhile, Chief Minister of Sikkim Prem expressed his wishes in this regard at the launch of the special postal cover of ‘Go, Green, Go Organic’ at Samman Bhavan in Gangtok. According to him, Jio has established itself as a reliable network service provider in a very short period of time. In this regard, Prem also expressed excitement that Jio’s 5G service will be available in every district headquarters, city, and tehsil of Sikkim by December 2023.

Let’s say, Jio’s 5G service is available in more than 400 cities right now. Residents of all these cities can enjoy this service free of charge if they have a 5G phone.
