This feature is only available in beta version 2.22.24.18 of WhatsApp and few users got this feature. Setting up this feature is pretty easy. While installing WhatsApp on a new phone, an option will appear in the three-dot menu to scan the QR code and add an account on another device.

Companion Mode was previously tested in the WhatsApp beta version, but then it was only available on tablets. Currently, this feature can be accessed on multiple phones. On the other hand, the desktop version of WhatsApp already has this feature, where the WhatsApp account can be linked to the computer easily through the phone app.
