Maruti Suzuki WagonR is at third place in the list of cheapest CNG cars. It had a tough competition with Hyundai Santro. Its LXi variant comes with 1.0 liter engine with CNG kit. Its output is 56 bhp and 82.1 Nm. Mileage and price are 34.05 km/kg and Tk 7.25 lakh (on-road) respectively.
Tata Tiago
Tiago is Tata’s flagship model in the CNG world. The car has received a 4-star rating from Global NCAP. It has a 1.2 liter engine which produces 72 bhp power and 95 Nm torque. The CNG model with 5-speed gearbox gets 26.4 km per kg of fuel. The car is priced at Rs 7.47 lakh (on-road).
